Here’s a picture of my fight. That’s me in the gray/black finishing the submission (with the referee separating us). I don’t know who wants to see an unposed picture of MMA female fighters, but I figure someone out there does. The posed ones usually aren’t accurate of what happens in the cage.
- What type of workout / diet is BEST for your situation?
Anything! If I DON’T know the answer, I’ll look it up. If I can’t find it, I’ll ask my parents. My mom studied as a personal trainer for a while. Both of my rents are marathoners, so if you need beginner’s running training, I’ve got it.
